Absolutely Amazing! the level of hospitality at this hotel was beyond words. the villas were beautiful and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay. the beach was one of the nicest I've ever been on, with powder sand and calm waters. the service was spot-on, from the lobby bar to the beach service to the room service. Truly an unforgettable experience.
The food at the restaurants was excellent, but on the expensive side. It would be great if they could work on making it more affordable.

The style of the place was perfect for relaxing. The villas were amazing and had private pools. The staff, especially our hotel host Gena, were incredibly kind and helpful. The attention to detail was excellent. Definitely worth going back again!

This resort offers a truly unique dining experience. Imagine eating over the water in the Thai restaurant, with floating piers in the lagoon creating an incredible atmosphere. And if that's not enough, they also have a beach Shack restaurant for a more casual meal. The rooms are lovely, with well-appointed bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is extensive and will keep you nourished all day. The location is secluded, providing a peaceful and tranquil vacation.
The prices for the food at the resort are very high.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities are unbeatable. the spa and wellness centre is incredible, with a wide range of massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning, with an infinity pool and sun terrace. the beach access is a bonus. Every staff member provides exceptional service, ensuring your every need is fulfilled. the restaurant offers a variety of delicious cuisine and in-room breakfast is a delight.
The only issue was the seaweed on the beach, which detracts from the incredible natural environment. the hotel does an excellent job cleaning their part of the beach each morning.

We had an incredible stay at Banyan Tree! The private pool in our villa was absolutely amazing, and we couldn't get enough of it. The three different restaurants on the property offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the spa treatments. Exploring the beautiful hotel grounds on the bikes provided was a unique experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. we had an unforgettable time at Banyan Tree and would highly recommend it.

We had an incredible stay at Banyan Tree Mayakoba! Gorgeous property, attentive staff, amazing room, superb food, and fun boat ride to the beach. The pools and beach loungers were perfect. Definitely the best resort we've been to!
